Lucy Cichon or one of her team members will provide your services.  Client satisfaction and confidentiality is our top priority.  We can provide background checks, references, and a liability insurance certificate for your review. 

No, we are not healthcare providers, nor do we provide any hands-on care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting or lifting of any client. 

• We charge an hourly fee for services with a 2-hour minimum. We bill in 15-minute increments after the 2-hour minimum.  Services are provided Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at a lower hourly rate than services provided during the evening and weekend hours.  We do not provide services on major holidays.

• The Home Waiting for Service Providers and Overseeing Service Providers in Home will be charged a flat rate for up to 4 hours when not in conjunction with other services.  

•   Mileage is charged at the IRS rate (currently 70 cents per mile) for any service that involves the use of my own vehicle, such as shopping and errands.  Mileage is charged to travel to and from the client’s home if the client lives more than 15 miles from Waynesville, North Carolina.

• Any transportation of a client will be provided using the client's vehicle only.  Mileage is not charged when the client's vehicle is used.

• Payment is due immediately at the end of each service visit via cash, check, debit card or credit card.  Weekly payments may be arranged for long-term clients.

No, you don't! We offer a non-subscription service, and you may have as little as one-time assistance or as much as weekly or everyday assistance.  You decide! 

We may consider working with Clients who live outside of Haywood County, NC based on availability to provide services, or we may refer a client to another Care Manager in their county.
